Trolling for fishy puns contest!


Our book for the community-wide reading project is Linda Greenlaw's Lobster Chronicles: Life on a Very Small Island. So, your job is to go off the deep end and relate things fishy to things bookish.

For example: Reading is a claws for celebration. (as in lobster claws) Here are some of the entries. These are so sworded, we challenge you to to mackerally big push, and use your brain mussel to meet or beat them!

What's the bait?
The best punsters (as determined by our highly qualified judges) win a free library card and a lobster bib provided by Hyperion Press, Linda Greenlaw's publisher.
