"One Book. One Community." will build awareness within our communities of the multi-faceted and multi-tiered menu of library services. It will :

Contests to involve all members of our communities and build awareness and interest in One Book. One Community.
  1. Ethnic and Yankee Seafood recipes solicited. Six submissions will be selected for inclusion in the Boxed Gift Set (see below). Recipes will be tested by the Tantasqua Regional High School Culinary Arts Program. Winning dishes will be on the dinner menu at Old Sturbridge Village in January.
  2. Fishy puns ( see: Contest! ). Win lobster bib and library card!

Fun Boxed Gift Set to appeal to the book buying public. Priced at $20 and for sale at Old Sturbridge Village Gift Shop, the regional libraries, and Tatnuck Booksellers. The gift set will contain:
  1. Ethnic and Yankee Seafood Recipes.
  2. Apron imprinted with One Book. One Community. logo.
  3. Tin lobster by Tin Lizzy.
  4. "Recommended wines for seafood" book mark/discount certificate.
  5. Option to buy book and book gift certificate enclosure.
