Extra Mile Design Brings Award Winning Results to Area Libraries

June 9, 2003/Pepperell, Mass—The work of Extra Mile Design, a company specializing in marketing and graphic design solutions for libraries, has been honored with three awards by the Massachusetts Library Association at the 16th Biennial Public Relations competition.

Extra Mile Design’s work on the Framingham Public Library’s “Look Here First” program received first prize in the “Coordinated PR Campaign” category. “Look Here First” was a multi-faceted program that included branding, printed materials, and extensive community-relations efforts and resulted in a circulation increase for focus subjects of 22 percent.

Extra Mile Design's work also earned awards for the Lawrence Library in Pepperell and the Ipswich Public Library.
