Hugger open! This "activity"
is a vehicle to engage people. They make a "hugger"
(or one is provided) and then list--in their own words,
in their own language, the ways in which they use the
library. Huggers then find their way to places in the
Library (and community?)
Perhaps individuals and groups
who serve as "pathways to the heart" of the
potential users of the Languages materials could be
asked to make a "hugger" first and this could
be used to generate some goodwill and press. The hands
of hugger could be a tracing of the participant's hands.
In what other ways could the "hugger"
help the Library deliver its primary message? |
